Vestil Fork Mounted Work Platforms
VESTIL DUAL SIDE DOOR ENTRY WORK PLATFORM:
- The Vestil Work Platforms are constructed of welded steel and have a baked-in powder-coat for toughness.
- These convenient fork truck work platforms quickly and safely raise maintenance personnel where they are needed. A maximum of two people can be in the work platform at one time. Uniform weight capacity is 1,000 lb. evenly distributed.
- Dual handrails on three sides ensures worker safety.
- Includes diamond plate platform. Treadplate floor provides a safe non-slip grip.
- Attaches to fork truck by inserting forks into fork pockets and securing platform to fork truck. The usable fork pockets are 7-3/4"W x 3-7/8"H in rear and 7-3/4"W x 1-7/8"H in front.
- Fork locks secure platform to back of forks and a 36" long strap with hook attaches platform to fork truck.
- Patented automatic locking gate with extra chain lock ensures maximum safety.
- 42" high handrail with 21" high mid-rail on three sides.
- 60" high expanded metal backing on fourth side.
- The Full Featured units (WP-4848-DD-FF & WP-4848-84B-DD-FF) include an Emergency Stop Button Kit and Web Lanyard with Safety Harness.
- 84" high backing to meet California OSHA specifications on models with suffix -84B.
